Terms of service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between your organization and Elevate Coaching and Consulting LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, 908 Waterbridge Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579 ("Elevate", "we"), for using Elevate App. They take effect on October 16, 2026. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of your organization. Please read them; they are written to be short and plain.
Who can use it
Accounts are for adults (18 or older) using Elevate App on behalf of an organization. By signing up, you confirm that you are an adult and that you may agree to these terms for your organization.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us right away at jacob@elevateyourcenter.com if you think someone else has used your account. Owners decide who joins your organization and what each person can see and do, and are responsible for the people they invite.
Your information stays yours
Everything your organization puts into Elevate App (staff records, schedules, notes, expenses, receipts, statements and so on) belongs to your organization. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as our privacy policy describes.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you add, including information about your staff, and for using it in line with the employment and privacy laws that apply to you.
Who owns what
Your organization owns its data. Elevate owns the app itself, including its design and code. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without owing you anything for them.
Using the app fairly
Don't use Elevate App to break the law, to get into other organizations' information, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
Plans and payment
Your plan and price are shown in the app when you subscribe. Payments are taken by Stripe, and subscriptions renew until cancelled. We don't give refunds for partial months. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails and isn't fixed after we let you know, we may suspend your organization's access until it is.
Price changes
We will tell you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect, in the app or by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.
AI features
Some features use AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to suggest things, such as reading a receipt or helping with a schedule. AI can make mistakes, so check what it suggests; nothing is saved until a person confirms it. You stay responsible for the decisions you make with the app, including staffing ratios and employment decisions.
Connected services
If an owner connects QuickBooks Online, expenses you choose to send go to your QuickBooks company. Intuit's own terms apply to QuickBooks. You can disconnect at any time from Settings › Expenses › QuickBooks.
Keeping the app running
We work hard to keep Elevate App available and your information safe, and we keep improving it. We can't promise the app will never be interrupted, and from time to time we take it down briefly for maintenance. We may also change or retire a feature; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously broken. Either way, you can ask for a copy of your organization's information, and then for it to be deleted, by writing to jacob@elevateyourcenter.com.
After you cancel
For 30 days after your subscription ends, your organization can export its information or ask us for a copy. After that, we may delete it.
Warranties and liability
We provide Elevate App "as is". Apart from any promises the law requires us to make, we don't make promises about the app, such as that it will meet every need or be free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data you didn't back up. Our total responsibility for any claim about the app is limited to what your organization paid Elevate for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Covering claims
Your organization is responsible for, and will cover Elevate against, claims that come from the information it enters or from its own decisions, including employment, staffing and ratio decisions and how it treats its staff's information.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Horry County, South Carolina.
General
If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement for Elevate App. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We may transfer these terms if our business is sold or reorganized. Coaching and consulting services from Elevate are covered by their own agreements, not these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
